Aural Rehabilitation

Aural Rehabilition is a type of therapy designed to help people with hearing loss make good use of all of the parts of communication that can help understanding. These parts include what you hear, what you know and what you see. Aural rehabilitation can take place in either an individual or group session. A typical aural rehabilitation class includes exercises to increase the ability to read lips, listen closely and use communication strategies to repair broken down conversations.
